Miami-based Related Group has started construction on a multi-million-dollar luxury endeavor in Jacksonville. Before sitework commenced, the project had been in the works for nearly six years, with the estimated cost of construction rounding out to more than $150 million.
South Bank Residences will comprise two towers measuring 25 stories connected by an eight-story parking garage. Homes will range from studio to three-bedroom apartments, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows, balconies, and various elevated furnishings.
Per its January 2026 report, the Jacksonville Daily Record reported that South Bank Residences would have 394 or 396 units as “[t]he city says 396 units while plans count 394.”

Future residents would have access to a suite of both interior and exterior amenities. To name a few, the second floor would have a fitness center and spa, while the rooftop would host a sundeck and sky bar. Other features include a movie theater, game simulator, and dining space.
GAI Consultants is the civil engineer. MSA Architects Inc. designed the venture. Without any delays, the two-tower development is scheduled for a late 2028 release.
South Bank Residences is set for the 3.08-acre site at 835 Museum Circle, Jacksonville, Florida, 32207, in Duval County.
