New renderings have been released for Kempinski Residences Miami Design District, a 23-story, two-tower residential development planned at 3801 and 3883 Biscayne Boulevard in Miami. Developed by DaGrosa Capital Development Partners, the development is designed by Arquitectonica, with interiors by Rockwell Group and landscape architecture by Enea. Upon completion, the development will comprise 128 residences, along with six townhomes and 18 guest suites available exclusively for purchase by residents.
The latest visuals present the project’s residential interiors and additional amenities, including twin pool decks, a yoga lawn, a porte cochère for arrivals, and an elevated fourth-floor sky bridge that connects the towers.
