81-Room Extended Stay ‘Home2 Suites by Hilton’ Set for 15370 Tangerine Dr, Loxahatchee, FL

A Home2 Suites by Hilton is headed to Loxahatchee.

Developer Groves Hospitality LLC is proceeding with a three-story building with 81 rooms. Floorplans would range from about 400 to 730 square feet, and guests would have access to a swimming pool and grilling area. There would also be 83 parking spots.

In total, the Home2 Suites by Hilton is slated to feature just over 41,000 square feet of new construction. The units are intended to be extended-stay suites, although they could be used for short stays. The venture will be part of the evolving Groves at Town Center, a mixed-use endeavor that features retail and office space.

The Parkland-based developer purchased the hotel’s 2.24-acre build site for $1.9 million in 2025. The site is largely undeveloped. Recently, Groves Hospitality LLC secured a $10.58 million construction loan to help finance the project. Popular Bank was the lender.

Loxahatchee is largely residential and doesn’t have many hotels; still, Palm Beach County at large has a few in its pipeline. One of those ventures is a two-tower project in Boca Raton. This venture, measuring 12 stories, is set to feature both hotel rooms and retail space. Upon completion, it would boast 219 keys.
