As noted, this is the final phase of Casa Princeton. The first phase yielded 62 units in 84,466 square feet, while the second phase yielded 374 units in 158,792 square feet. Casa Princeton Phase III was made possible with the security of a $35 million construction loan. Aconcagua Developers purchased the venture’s 2.7-acre site for $3.6 million in 2024 and started construction shortly thereafter.
Casa Princeton Phase III is slated for 12891, 12883, 12875, and 12867 S.W. 248th Street, Homestead, Florida, 33032, in Miami-Dade County.
