A senior housing development has topped out in Palm Beach County. Florida YIMBY initially covered the project earlier in February.
All Seasons Delray is slated to comprise 153 residences: 92 independent living units and 61 assisted living residences. Floorplans at the garden-style community will include one-bedroom and two-bedroom layouts.
Residents will have access to a host of luxury amenities, including but not limited to a resort-style swimming pool, on-site pub and restaurant, and fitness center. Other offerings are set to include pottery and art studios, a medical center, and a multipurpose room.

Completion’s slated for 2028. Image by ANF Group
All Seasons Delray LLC, an affiliate of Michigan-based Beztak, is the developer. The firm purchased the build site for $6.3 million in 2022 and later secured $75 million in construction financing to make All Seasons Delray possible. ANF Group Inc. is the general contractor; it expects to have the community finished by the first quarter of 2028.
All Seasons Delray is one of many senior housing projects unfolding in the Sunshine State. One such project includes Caribbean Isles, an eight-story, 142-unit development in Miami-Dade County. The venture topped out earlier this August.
All Seasons Delray is unfolding at the 7.65-acre site at 15650 Lyons Road, Delray Beach, Florida, 33446, in Palm Beach County.
