Naples Grande Beach Resort is undergoing a resort-wide renovation ahead of its conversion to Signia Hilton Naples Grande Beach Resort at 475 Seagate Drive in Naples. Hilton announced that the 474-room property, including 50 villas, will debut under the brand in January 2027, becoming its first hotel on Florida’s Gulf Coast.
The renovation encompasses redesigned guest rooms, suites, and villas; updates to the arrival area and lobby; dining venue improvements; upgraded spa and wellness facilities; and changes to pool areas and event spaces. According to the resort’s renovation update, overnight accommodations are unavailable from April 1 through December 31, 2026, while work proceeds. Hilton describes the undertaking as the property’s most significant transformation in nearly four decades. An architect, general contractor, and renovation cost were not identified in the announcement.

The 23-acre resort includes three pools, tennis facilities, a spa, and approximately 83,000 square feet of event space. The property provides access to the Gulf Coast beach through the mangrove landscape at Clam Pass and is located near Waterside Shops. Indoor and outdoor gathering spaces accommodate meetings, weddings, and other events.

Hilton states that the conversion will establish the brand’s third Florida property, joining Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek and Signia by Hilton Diplomat Beach Resort. Reservations are now being accepted for stays beginning January 1, 2027.
