Kinward At Spencer Glen Opens At 10040 Blackstone Creek Court In Riverview, Florida

Kinward Living has announced the opening of Kinward at Spencer Glen, a build-to-rent townhome community at 10040 Blackstone Creek Court in Riverview, Florida. Developed by Kinward Living, the vertically integrated build-to-rent platform of Tampa-based Eisenhower Property Group, the community will yield 172 three- and four-bedroom residences upon completion. The property is located near US-301 and Big Bend Road within the larger Spencer Glen community.

The opening precedes the completion of construction, which is expected in the fourth quarter of 2027. Residences feature private garages with direct access to the homes, screened-in lanais with additional storage, and quartz countertops and backsplashes.

Amenities at the gated community include a clubhouse with a fitness center, a swimming pool, and a grilling station, along with on-site management and maintenance. A dog park, playground, and community event spaces are planned as future additions.

Kinward at Spencer Glen marks the first community opening for Kinward Living. The company’s development pipeline also includes Kinward at Two Rivers, which is scheduled to open in late 2026.
