The Delray Beach Zoning & Planning Board intends to review a proposal for a housing project on September 28th.
The Easton Atlantic (called “the Easton at Atlantic” by some sources) is set to feature both townhomes and apartments. The apartments would be in an eight-story building with 352 units, while the townhomes would comprise six three-story units. Apartments would range from studio to three-bedroom layouts.
Of the 352 apartments, 38 will be designated as workforce housing. Workforce housing in Palm Beach County is generally defined as housing reserved for households earning within 60 to 140 percent of the area median income (AMI).

Communal amenities at the Easton Atlantic would include a swimming pool and lounging areas, fitness center, and dog park, among others. Additional plans call for an eight-story parking garage with 672 spots. Those spots would be shared with the employees of the on-site office buildings.
Eastwind Development is one of the project’s main developers. The Palm Beach Gardens-based firm has part of the proposed build site under contract from its current owner, TMT Properties. Eastwind will develop the apartment aspect, while TMT Properties will build the townhomes.
Covelli Design is presenting the firm’s application. Dorsky + Yue International is the architect. The Easton Atlantic is planned for the 16.3-acre site at 160, 190, and 220 Congress Park Drive, Delray Beach, Florida, 33445, in Palm Beach County.
