Royal Palm Communities (RPC) is developing a multi-family community in partnership with Mattoni Group.
The Royal Palm at Crosswood is set to undergo construction early next year. The development is slated to feature six four-story buildings with 60 units each; the buildings themselves would measure no more than 70 feet above grade. In total, there would be 360 residences. In-unit features are set to include quartz countertops and other upscale finishings.
The Royal Palm at Crosswood will be anchored by a 9,000-square-foot clubhouse, and residents will have access to an expansive suite of on-site amenities. They include but aren’t limited to a swimming pool, fitness center, and dog spa. Mattoni Group reports that in addition to the residential space, plans call for about 41,600 square feet of retail.
As noted, Royal Palm Companies and Mattoni Group are developing the project. The pair intend to build the community on about 22.2 acres. This isn’t the first development the two have collaborated on. Earlier this year, the developers opened Northhaven, a 420-unit community also in Sanford.
RPC Simpson Road will be located at 100 Crosswood Loop, Sanford, Florida, 32771, in Seminole County.
