As noted, West Group Developers LLC is the developer. The firm is an affiliate of Miami-based Modena Development, which purchased the project’s 4.15-acre property for $950,000 in 2005. It has been working on the 76-unit venture for more than six years.
Burgos Lanza & Associates is the architect.
Florida YIMBY has kept a close pulse on the many evolving projects taking shape in Little West River. One such project is the first phase of Northside Town Station II. At full buildout, that project is expected to feature more than 500 residences and close to 40,000 square feet of commercial, retail, and restaurant space.
The 76-unit venture is planned for 1927 N.W. 105th St., Miami, Florida, 33147, in Miami-Dade County. The community would be positioned on the bank of the Miami River.
