Presidium Town Center Apartments (also known as “JTA Apartments” in other sources) is inching toward completion. The $6.5 million enterprise seeks to provide 370 luxury housing units divided among multiple buildings.
The units themselves comprise studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom models. Construction began in September 2019 and will finish in the third quarter later this year. Right now, available units start at around $1,530 a month.
The community’s layout
Per the conceptual renderings online, each unit comes with plank flooring, built-in smart home technology, and quartz countertops. Some units come with private garages with smart entry. Amenities include rooftop lounges, pools, a yoga studio, a fitness center, and an outdoor cinema.
Presidium Group LLC is the project’s owner. This is just one of the organization’s five active projects, costing a total of $141 million. Per the owner’s website: “At Presidium Town Center, coming home feels like you’re on vacation. With impressive finishes and resort-quality amenities, our apartments make it possible to live beyond your expectations.”

Presidium Tower Center Apartments is just one aspect of the greater Presidium Town Center, which is home to many restaurants, communal amenities, and retail stores. The apartment complex is located at 7738 A C Skinner Parkway, Jacksonville, FL, 32256, in Duval County.
