Selene Oceanfront Residences is a luxury housing development slated for Fort Lauderdale, FL. The community comprises two 26-story, 300-foot towers and offers 196 units, per the South Florida Business Journal. The towers rest on 2.59 acres.
The towers are simply named “East” and “West.” Residents can select from the nine available floor plan options, including penthouse plans. Units range from 1,400 square feet to 3,200 square feet each. The project, in total, costs $100 million.
The Construction Journal reports that Selene Oceanfront Residences requires over 649,000 square feet of new construction. Of that square footage, 5,300 square feet has been set aside for an onsite, oceanfront restaurant.
Ideally, construction will begin November 2021 and conclude in mid-2024. Kolter Group LLC owns the venture. The Delray Beach-based developer has 14 active projects, including Bayso Quay in Sarasota, Hyde Park House in Tampa, and Home2 Suites in Wildwood.
The owners partnered with Kobi Karp Architect & Interior Design. Judging the by conceptual renderings, Selene Oceanfront Residences’ exterior is mostly glass, taking advantage of the area’s natural lighting. Residents can enjoy 360-degree panoramic views at multiple times of the day.
Selene Waterfront Residences’ address is 151 N. Seabreeze Boulevard, Fort Lauderdale, FL, 33304. It will be located in Broward County.
