Boca Ice & Fine Arts Center is undergoing construction in Palm Beach County, FL. The $7.9 million facility will comprise over 72,000 square feet of new construction, with Butters Construction and Development Group serving as the general contractor. This is owner Peninsula Ice LLC’s only active venture, and it purchased the build site for $3.75 million in 2019.
The two-story athletic venue will feature 155 parking spots and rest on 3.76 acres, per the Construction Journal. The facility will comprise two ice skating rinks that will host hockey, figure skating, public skating, and learn-to-skate classes. Additionally, the center will feature a second-floor mezzanine, where onlookers can watch the skaters.

Additionally, Boca Ice & Fine Arts Center has classrooms, dance studios, a snack bar, administrative offices, and skate-related retail stores. These shops offer ice skates approved by the National Hockey League (NHL).
RLC Architects PA has partnered with Andrus Architects on the project’s interior and exterior design. The former has 37 active projects, while the latter has 10.

Construction began on Boca Ice & Fine Arts Center in Spring 2021. The organization’s website hopes to commence operations next year in Spring 2022. Its address is 900 Peninsula Corporate Circle, Boca Raton, FL, 33487, in Palm Beach County.
