Oceans25 is a new residential complex coming to Daytona Beach Shore, FL. The Construction Journal notes that Florida Lifestyle Homes of Volusia, Inc. broke ground in 2021. It will cost around $10 million to build. Interested parties can view updates online.
The Daytona News-Journal reports that, in total, there are 25 townhomes. The community comprises three two-story buildings that offer two-bedrooms and 2.5-bathrooms units. Each unit also comes with a two-vehicle garage.

Conceptual renderings note that the units run from about 1,260 to 1,450 square feet each, although this may change over time. The 2.13-acre site requires over 64,000 square feet of new construction.
Larry W Robinson, Architect designed the project. The Daytona Beach-based organization has three active projects costing an estimated $28 million. Conceptual renderings show low-rise buildings with neutral-colored facades. Residents can access the beach by crossing South Atlantic Avenue, a short walk away.

Other involved parties on Oceans25 include Myer Land Surveying, Inc. and the Performance Group. They’re the project’s land surveyor and civil engineer, respectively. Oceans25 is located at 2900 South Atlantic Avenue, Daytona Beach Shore, FL, 32118, in Volusia County. In terms of proximity, it’s a short walk from the Atlantic Ocean and north of Shores Community Center Tennis Courts.
