Sanibel Passage recently met approval, per New-Press. Despite protests from local environmentalists, the 16-story residential building will offer luxury 50 condos and over 200 parking spots. Developers initially proposed the project in the early 2000s but faced both economic and legal setbacks.
The Construction Journal reports that the $42 million building will feature over 76,000 square feet of new construction. Condos range from one-bedroom to multi-bedroom styles, and they range from 2,851 square feet to 3,475 square feet.

All residences come with a private elevator, providing an extra layer of security. Many units also come with balconies that oversee Sanibel, Captiva Islands, and the Gulf of Mexico. They come with impact-proof windows.
On-site amenities include a social area, fitness center, resort-style pool, spa, and guest suite. Residents also have access to the nearby Sanibel Harbour Resort & Spa, per the Greater Fort Myers Real Estate.
MLG Capital Headquarters is the venture’s developer. This is the Wisconsin-based firm’s only active project right now. Kimley-Horn and Associates Incorporated is the venture’s civil engineer. It’s based out of West Palm Beach and has over 700 active projects, mostly in the public services sector.
Units come with beachfront views.
