The Construction Journal reports that Mizner Village is in its “design development” stage. The $95.5 million project will comprise 137 townhomes and 115 single-family units. It’s owned by Brentwood BFR LP, an affiliate of the North American Development Group. In total, there will be 252 units available for rent.
Developers purchased the 128-acre site for $33.3 million in 2020. It was formerly Mizner Park Trail Golf Club. The South Florida Business Journal reports that dozens of Florida golf courses in the past decade have made way for new residences and businesses.
Mizer Village comprises eight sections called “Pods.” Rebusiness Online notes that seven pods contain the property’s homes, while the eighth pod is an amenity hub. Per Boca Del Mar, the communities are controlled access and feature a community center, clubhouse, and pool. It also notes that Mizner Village is not part of Boca Del Mar itself.
Wantman Group Inc. (WGI) Corporate Office is the project’s civil engineer, and H & J Contracting, Inc. is the site work contractor. EGS International LLC is one of the project’s active bidders.
Mizner Village’s address is 6541 Canary Palm Drive and 22725 Camino Del Mar, Boca Raton, FL, 33433, in Palm Beach County. It’s near South Military Trail and Camino Real.

Note that the aerial photo is NOT of the old Mizner Trail golf club (which is being re-developed as housing as the article accurately states) – BUT is a photo of the golf course slightly to the north which has been re-designed by Jack Nicklaus and is part of the Mandarin Oriental hotel/condo development on Federal Hwy. Which is sort of ironic, because the Mandarin Oriental website references its “Jack Nicklaus golf course” (which they are calling the Via Mizner Golf Club) but shows a very nice photo of the unrelated (but adjacent) Boca Resort’s golf course!
