The Sagefield, a 234-Unit Residential Complex, to Open in March 2022 at 13283 North Main Street, Jacksonville, FL, 33218

The Sagefield started construction in late 2020, the Construction Journal reports. The community, which comprises two buildings measuring four stories, features 234 housing units.

The units range from one-bedroom to three-bedroom layout plans, spanning from 632 square feet to 1,450 square feet each. There are multiple layout plans to choose from. Apartments.com reports that rent ranges from $1,295 to $2,025 a month, although this could change over time.

The community rests on 8.39 acres and requires more than 227,000 square feet of new construction. The venture’s expected to open in March 2022. The Douglas Company––Southeast Division is the general contractor.

The project’s estimated to cost over $10.8 million to complete. Chance Partners LLC owns the Sagefield and has four active projects in the private sector. Dynamik Design designed the venture. Conceptual renderings show a grey, brown, and red facade with balconies.

Amenities include a resort-style pool.

In-unit amenities include stainless steel appliances, 10-foot-high ceilings, and granite countertops. Communal amenities include a resort-style swimming pool, fitness center, and outdoor fireplace. It also features two parking garages called “Carriage Homes.”

The Sagefield is nine minutes from Main Street Place and 16 minutes from the River City Marketplace. Its address is 13283 North Main Street, Jacksonville, FL, 33218, in Duval County.
