Aletto Square is unfolding in Palm Beach County, FL. The multi-million-dollar venture will include two high-rise buildings offering residential, office, and commercial space. It’s owned by Compson Associates, Inc. which is based in Boynton Beach.
The first building will rise seven stories above grade and provide over 66,000 square feet of office space and retail. It’s called the “Compson Financial Center.” The structure features a restaurant with rooftop dining that overlooks the greater Boca Raton area.
The second building is 12 stories above grade. It’s called “Park Place.” The Class A residence, in addition to the homes, will include 7,500 square feet of retail space on the ground floor. Conceptual renderings show a resort-style swimming pool and outdoor communal spaces.
Plans also include a multi-story parking garage featuring 360 spaces. It will require at least 118,000 square feet of new construction. Construction’s expected to start in the third quarter of 2022. Right now, there is an active Change.org petition against the project’s construction.
Both towers (and the parking garage) were designed by Vander Ploeg & Associates, Inc. The Boca Raton-based organization has 12 active projects, mostly in the private commercial sector.
Aletto Square’s address is 121 East Palmetto Park Road, Boca Raton, FL, in Palm Beach County.
