Aviara East Pompano is a mixed-use community slated for Pompano Beach, Florida. Upon completion, the 5.13-acre site will comprise both homes and retail space. In total, the residences measure over 300,000 square feet, and the retail space will measure about 13,000 square feet.
Aviara East Pompano will offer 229 apartments spread across two six- and eight-story buildings. The six-story building will offer about 90 units, and the eight-story building will offer about 130. On-site amenities include a fitness center, club, conference room, and pool. The community also offers a 226-space parking lot.
Construction’s expected to start by the end of 2022.
Construction’s expected to start on the venture before the end of 2022. MAG Real Estate and Development is both the owner and general contractor. The project’s expected to cost about $30 million to complete.
The South Florida Business Journal reports that Aviara East Pompano will replace a now-defunct junkyard. Developers acquired the build site for $2.1 million in 2017. In preparation for construction, they cleared the site of debris.
The community will offer more than 225 units.
Pasquale Kuritzky Architecture designed the community. KEITH (Corporate Office) is the civil engineer. Every entity working on this venture is based out of South Florida.
