Wynwood Haus Tops Out At 1765 N. Miami Avenue In Miami’s Wynwood Arts District

Construction continues to progress on Wynwood Haus, a 20-story mixed-use development located at 1765 North Miami Avenue that just recently topped out in Miami’s Wynwood Arts District. The 222-foot-tall structure is designed by a Corwil Architects with landscaping from Enzo Enea, and developed by a joint venture partnership between Lineaire Group, Black Salmon Capital and Bridge Investment Group. 224 rental units will come in studios, one and two bedrooms floor plans ranging from 394 to 945 square feet, accompanied by amenities, a 222-vehicle parking garage and 5,500 square feet of ground floor commercial space.

The Federal Aviation Administration has granted approvals for the assemblage and use of a 297-foot-tall tower crane at 1765 North Miami Avenue, the address for the upcoming Wynwood Haus, a 20-story, 222-foot-tall mixed-use tower set to rise on the northeastern corner of N. Miami Ave. and NE 17th Terrace in Wynwood, Miami. The tower is designed by Corwil Architects with landscaping curated by Enzo Enea of Enea Garden Design, and developed by TSG Group and Lineaire Group. The tower is expected to yield 224 residences with approximately 5,500 square feet of ground floor commercial space and 222 parking spaces.

20-Story Wynwood Haus Is Set To Rise At 1765 North Miami Avenue In Miami’s Urban Core

Construction is imminent on Wynwood Haus, a new 20-story mixed-use tower proposed for 1765 North Miami Avenue in Miami’s urban core, just south of the Wynwood Arts District. Designed by Corwil Architects, the ground-up development is expected to rise to approximately 222-feet and yield up to 272,996 square feet of space. The property is bounded by NE 17th Terrace to the south and the Miami City Cemetery to the north on tax-advantaged land within Miami’s Opportunity Zone. TSG Group and Lineaire Group are the developers behind the project.
