Designed by Miami-based Arquitectonica, both structures will rise 649-feet along Biscayne Bay and yield a combined 782 condominiums featuring interiors by MORADA Haute Furniture Boutique and landscaping by ArquitectonicaGEO. The sales center is being constructed at 725 Northeast 24th Street by the developer’s in-house contractor, Melo Contractors Corp, and should span 3,116 square feet upon completion.

The work items listed in the application pertain to site work only, which includes excavation, piles and site/soil improvements. Designed by world-renown architectural firm Arquitectonica, the pair of skyscrapers is planned to rise to the maximum height permitted in the area which is 649-feet, and will become the tallest residential twin towers on a waterfront in the country. The developer intends to yield 782 residences across 5-acres of land with this project.

Just days later, the developer has officially launched sales on the south tower of the project, now officially known as Aria Reserve Miami, which is set to rise on 5-acres of land addressed as 700 Northeast 24th Street in Edgewater, Miami. The floor count has been bumped up to 62-stories and the towers should rise to 649-feet above sea level, granting the development the title of the tallest waterfront residential twin buildings in the country, yielding a total of 782 residences.

The Melo Group, one of Miami’s the most active high-end real estate developers, has their eyes set on the redevelopment of 3.68 acres of land spanning several blocks beside Biscayne Bay in Edgewater. In August of 2019, the developer unveiled plans for Island Bay, two twin 60-story mixed-use towers featuring designs by non other than Arquitectonica, and both reaching a structural height of 637-feet. The site of the proposal is addressed as 700 Northeast 24th Street, which includes approximately 168,262 square feet of total area across 24 parcels.
