Neology Development has announced that its newest residential mixed-use apartment complex, “The Julia Residences,” is now open for pre-leasing. The $100 million, 14-story residential tower, located at 1625 Northwest 20th Street and designed by Coral Gables-based Behar Font & Partners, is set to grace Miami’s Allapattah neighborhood, with completion expected in the 1st quarter of 2024. JAXI Builders, Inc. is the general contractor.
Sunset Country & Western Wear, an 8,686-square-foot business in Miami’s Leisure City neighborhood, could get replaced with a workforce housing complex. The proposed Regatta Pointe would have 159 apartments divided between two four-story buildings.

The buyer secured a $13 million mortgage from Granada Financial.
