The project has topped out, marking the completion of its highest structural point. The 23-story condo tower at 126 4th Avenue Northeast is a joint venture between Tampa-based DDA Development and St. Pete-based Backstreets Capital. 23-Story ‘The Nolen’ Condominium Tower Set To Break Ground Early 2022 In St. Petersburg

Tampa-based DDA Development, led by Bowen Arnold and John Schilling, is moving ahead with their plans to construct The Nolen, a 23-story residential condominium tower planned to rise at 126 4th Street Northeast in Downtown St. Petersburg. Designed by PLACE Architecture with Melissa Kelly Design Studio handling interiors, the building would rise 228-feet into the city’s skyline, eventually taking the spot of eleventh tallest structure in St. Pete’s. The Nolen is projected to yield 31 luxury condo units, a three-story parking garage fi for 62 vehicles and 1,260 square feet of ground floor retail.
