New Renderings Revealed for 41st Street Corridor Revitalization Project in Miami Beach

New renderings for the 41st Street Corridor Revitalization Project in Miami Beach have been revealed via a filing with the Miami Beach Design Review Board. The board is scheduled to review the updated proposal on July 2. The plans, initially reviewed last year, have been revised following feedback from the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT). The Office of Capital Improvements Projects of the City of Miami Beach is the applicant, with Brooks + Scarpa serving as the prime consultant design firms Stantec and HLB Lighting Design.

Lefferts Secures Approval from Design Review Board for Second North Beach Residential Project

The New York-based real estate development firm Lefferts has secured approval from Miami Beach’s Design Review Board for 72B, a 20-story luxury condominium project. Planned for 600 72nd Street, just south of Surfside, the project, tentatively named 72B, is part of the firm’s initiative to contribute to the Miami Beach neighborhood. It will feature commercial spaces on the ground floor and has been designed by Arquitectonica. Douglas Elliman Development Marketing has been assigned exclusive sales and marketing for the project.

Finvarb Group Proposes 5-Story Mixed-Use Development For 1790 Alton Road In Miami Beach

Plans have been filed for a mixed-use project at 1790 Alton Road in South Beach, Miami Beach. The scope of work includes a new construction building of 5-stories set to occupy an irregularly shaped 0.237-acre land parcel nestled between 18th Street and Dade Boulevard, beside an Office Depot supply store and across the street from the Kimpton Hotel Palomar South Beach. Plans for the 79-foot-tall structure calls for 34,679 gross square feet of space including 12 residential units, 2 distinct restaurants and 19 parking spaces. Finvarb Group under the Sobe 18 LLC is the developer and owner of the application, which is scheduled for review by the city’s Design Review Board on October 4, 2022.
