Integra Investments, the Miami-based real estate investment and development company — through its affordable housing development division, Interurban, LLC — in a joint venture with Elderly Housing Development & Operations Corporation (EHDOC), a national non-profit organization dedicated to developing and managing senior affordable housing, announced the completion of the 271-unit elderly affordable housing development — Mosaico. The development provides much-needed subsidized housing in the City of Miami amid Miami-Dade’s housing crisis.

Neology Life Development Group Breaks Ground On Their 14-Story ‘The Julia’ Residential Tower In Allapattah

Neology Life Development Group, led by real estate developer Lissette Calderon, has broken ground on The Julia, a 14-story mixed-use building set to rise at 1625 Northwest 20th Street in Allapattah. Designed by Coral Gables-based Behar Font & Partners, the new structure will soon go vertical on a 73,442-square-foot interior lot nestled in between Northwest 15th and 17th Avenues, with Northwest 21st Street on the north. The project is named after Miami’s founder, Julia Tuttle, and is planned to yield approximately 426,000 square feet of new construction including 323 residential units, 15,000 square feet of ground floor retail, and 336 parking spaces.

Renderings Revealed For Cube 3-Designed 22-Story Office Tower Planned Allapattah, Miami

Renderings have been revealed for a new office tower via a recent submission to the Urban Development Review Board proposed to rise 22-stories in Allapattah, Miami. Designed by Miami-based Cube3 and being developed by Boston-based Taurus Investment Holdings, the striking structure tops out at approximately 308-feet and is to be located at 1050 & 1000 Northwest 14th Street. The interior lot, bounded by Northwest 10th Street to the east and Dolphin Expressway to the south, is the current site of the Civica Center which the developer purchased in 2020 for $30.5 million, and intends to improve it with a taller glassy multi-sectional structure beside the existing building.

A 10-story residential building is set to rise at 1445 Northwest 14th Terrace in Grand View Park within Miami’s Allapattah neighborhood. The 97-unit structure would rise at the northeast corner intersecting with Northwest 15th Avenue, on a mostly vacant plot of land that combines lots 9, 10 and 11 on block 4. The site is located within Miami’s Urban Core Zone and is currently zoned T6-12-0. The owner of the property and applications for construction is listed as Modern Miami Property Owner, LLC.
