Applications have been filed to Miami-Dade County’s Department of Regulatory and Economic Resources seeking the approval for the construction of a 278-unit residential community in Unincorporated County 33032, recognized as the Princeton Community Urban Center. Developed by Windmill Farm Associates, LLC and designed by Forum Architecture & Interior Design, the proposal is intended to be built on approximately 9.8-acres of land currently used for agricultural purposes. The site currently does not have an exact address, but is located along the southeast corner of Southwest 129th Avenue and the proposed extension of Southwest 240th Street.
