Key International Envisions 51-Story Class-A Office Tower At 848 Brickell Avenue, Proposed To Rise 761 Feet

Key International, a Miami-based real estate investment and development company, is planning a significant transformation at 848 Brickell Avenue, where they are headquartered. They intend to replace the 42-year-old 13-story office building with a much larger office tower. Miami-Dade County planners have received a pre-application meeting request from 848 Brickell, LLC, an affiliate of Key International, to review their proposal for a 51-story Class-A office building soaring 761 feet above the bustling Brickell financial district. The property’s redevelopment would yield an impressive 704,000 square feet of office space, accompanied by a ground-floor retail space spanning 7,500 square feet and on-site parking facilities accommodating 1,065 vehicles.

New renderings have been released for Rivage, a planned 275-foot residential building at 10245 Collins Avenue in the village of Bal Harbour, Florida. Designed by Skidmore, Owings, & Merrill (SOM) with interiors by Rottet Studio and developed by a joint venture partnership between the Related Group, Two Roads Development, and Rockpoint, the 24-story tower will comprise 61 residential units and over 25,000 square feet of amenities. Related Companies Submits Application To FAA For 456-Foot-Tall Structure In West Palm Beach

The Federal Aviation Administration has received an application requesting approvals for the construction of a 456-foot-tall structure in Downtown West Palm Beach. The addresses included in the application are 809 South Flagler Drive, 838-844 Chase Avenue and 134-142 Lakeview Avenue. The aforementioned properties are all owned by New York City-based Related Companies, one of the developers behind Hudson Yards, who just recently closed on the 2.5-acre development site for a cool $20.1 million last month.
