The Residences at Mandarin Oriental Boca Raton is undergoing construction in Palm Beach County, FL. The multi-million-dollar project offers 89 luxury units, with most ranging from 1,425 square feet to about 7,000 square feet. There are two penthouse units on the 12th floor, one of which measures over 10,000 square feet. Floor plans range from one-bedroom to six-bedroom units, starting at $2.3 million––although this could change over time.
Construction is expected to end in Summer 2022.
The 12-story building offers unparalleled amenities, including wine cellars, a resident-only club room and private theater, and a resort-style pool. Additionally, units come with ceilings measuring anywhere from 10 to 12 feet high. Completion is expected in Summer 2022. In addition to the residences, the community features 164 hotel rooms. Visitors will enjoy the on-site spa and signature rooftop restaurant with an outdoor terrace and bar.
Per the community’s website, Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group is one of the investors. The international firm has luxury hotels across the world, with locations in Asia, Europe, and the Americas. It was founded in 1963 in Hong Kong.
Luxury units start at $2.3 million.
One of the best aspects of the project is its location. It’s just a short walk from Mizner Park and butts up against a sprawling golf course. The Residences at Mandarin Oriental Boca Raton’s address is 105 East Camino Real, Boca Raton, FL, 33432, in Palm Beach County. It’s located east of I-95.
