Merrimac Ventures is currently constructing a multi-story residential development located in Dania Beach, FL. The project was approved earlier in 2020 and began construction in the fourth quarter of that year.
The development will be located on 3.42 acres of land. In total, the building will be eight stories above grade. There will be a combined 340 units, some of which will be studio apartments that will be about 600 square feet each. Other units will have anywhere from two to three bedrooms, which, at the largest, will be 1,200 square feet.
The residence was initially going to be called “Trion at Dania Beach” but was later renamed “Soleste Cityline.” The tower will have a communal pool, gym, BBQ stations, event space, and impact-resistant windows.
Residents’ children will be zoned for Broward County Public Schools, which is the sixth biggest school district in the United States. The physical location is located off 4th North Federal Highway, Dania Beach, FL, 33004.
The residential building will be near Fort Lauderdale International Airport (FLL), the Holocaust Documentation and Education Center, and the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino. There is no information yet regarding how much each unit costs to own or rent. It is intended to offer residents luxury-style living.
