A multi-purpose, 647,925 square foot complex will be erected in Pompano Beach, FL, 33062. The project is expected to cost an estimated $85 million and host both primarily retail space. Those retail spaces will include hotels, restaurants, bars, and a Walgreens. There will also be a parking garage that will host 328 parking spots.
The Walgreens is expected to be 11,640 square feet. The remaining retail space will be 10,602 square feet. The remaining square footage will be allocated for residential apartments, condos, and the aforementioned parking garage.
The name of the complex is Atlantic 3350, and the project is being overseen by Berrie Architecture & Design, Inc, which was established in 1991. The structure will consist of two towers. One tower will be 19 stories above grade with 110 extended-stay units with 32 beds. This tower, as noted, will be home to the many apartments and condos.
The other tower will be 21 stories above grade, with 77 units that are designated for retail use. The two towers will be connected by the parking garage that will have landscaping on top.
The project was approved for development in 2012. However, because of a series of setbacks, the project is still undergoing construction. It will be located in Broward County, Florida. The physical address is 3350 East Atlantic Boulevard, on the southeast corner of Atlantic Boulevard and A1A.
