In the heart of Pompano Beach, Florida, a new multi-purpose complex is poised to redefine the local landscape. The project, dubbed Atlantic 3350, is set to bring an impressive 647,925-square-foot development to 3350 East Atlantic Boulevard, located on the southeast corner of Atlantic Boulevard and A1A in Broward County.

With an estimated cost of $85 million, Atlantic 3350 will occupy a 2-acre plot and will feature a comprehensive two-tower development. One tower, standing 21 stories tall, will house 77 condominium units. The other tower, rising to 19 stories, will host 110 extended-stay suites, providing a total of 180 beds.

But Atlantic 3350 is not just about residential spaces. The project will also include 23,066 square feet of commercial space at the ground level, hosting a variety of retail outlets including hotels, restaurants, bars, and a Walgreens. The Walgreens alone is expected to occupy 11,640 square feet, with an additional 10,602 square feet dedicated to other retail spaces.

Along with the retail and residential areas, the development will feature a beautifully landscaped deck complete with a pool. A parking garage with capacity for 328 vehicles will ensure ample parking for residents and visitors alike.

The project was approved for development back in 2012. However, due to a series of setbacks, construction is still ongoing. Once complete, Atlantic 3350 will transform the currently occupied Rayvan building site, creating a vibrant hub of residential and commercial activity in Pompano Beach. With its mix of retail, dining, and residential offerings, Atlantic 3350 is set to become a key destination in Broward County.

  1. So many technical errors in this article. 110 extended stay units with 32 beds? The other tower will have 77 units designated as retail use?

    • what? you need to re-read the article.
110 extended stay with 180 (one hundred eighty) beds.
77 condos units in the other tower.
Where the F did you get your numbers from? You must be reading without your glasses on.

  2. When will this project begin?
