The Sunny Isles Beach area will be gaining another luxury-branded tower sometime in the near future, which seems to be all the craze in Florida’s high-end luxury residential space these days. Dezer Development, the triumphant developer behind Porsche Design Tower and Residences by Armani/Casa, officially announced a new partnership with luxury automaker Bentley Motors to develop a 749-foot-tall residential skyscraper along the Sunny Isles Beach oceanfront.

The news comes as no surprise, as it has become quite common for real estate developers to join forces with respected luxury brands to attempt to create unmatched one-of-a-kind living experiences through branded residential skyscrapers. Just recently, Property Markets Group and Greybrook Realty Partners announced a 1,049-foot supertall to be built in Downtown Miami under the Waldorf Astoria brand, and G & G Business Developments partnered with Aston Martin on building an 817-foot-tall luxury condo tower, which is currently under construction. Dezer’s partnership with Bentley will offer nothing short of pure luxury in this new endeavor.

Planned to rise to over 60 stories high, the new tower will be replacing the Days Hotel by Wyndham Thunderbird Beach Resort addressed as 18401 Collins Ave, a 3.6 acre site that is already owned by Dezer. It’ll be located just south of Turnberry Ocean Club Residences and Dezer’s Porsche Design Tower, allowing for unobstructed ocean views to the east and bay views to the west. Under the Bentley brand, one can expect a hefty list of unique and luxurious amenities as well as building features. Over 200 residences will be constructed, all with interiors by the luxury automaker, and each with an in-unit, multi-vehicle garage that will linked to a patented car elevator. This will allow residents to drive right into their home. And it doesn’t end there! All residences will feature private balconies, a pool and sauna, and of course floor-to-ceiling windows to take advantage of the ocean and bay views. Other shared amenities include a fitness center, pool with cabanas, spa, restaurant, lounge, movie theater, whiskey bar and landscaped garden.

Dezer Development has once again chosen Sieger Suarez Architects to design the new skyscraper, who they’ve partnered with in the past to design Porsche Design and Armani/Casa towers. Although it could be subject to change, the current renderings by ArX Solutions reveal a striking cylindrical superstructure enclosed in a diamond-patterned light blue glass, a high quality design as expected for a Bentley-branded skyscraper.

At 749-feet, Bentley Residences is set to break the record for tallest tower on a beachfront in the United States, and will be built in accordance with Florida Green Building Council certifications for energy-efficiency.

Construction is anticipated to begin in 2023, with a completion date scheduled for 2026.
