Per the Adache Perspective, Aloft Hotel, a 14- story hotel located in downtown Fort Lauderdale, is currently in its design phase. Its physical address is 501 S.E. 24th Street, Fort Lauderdale, FL, 33316. Construction will cost an estimated $3.3 million.
The building will have 140,000 square feet of hotel space, 5,000 square feet of which will be dedicated to the second-floor lobby. Building codes mandate that there must be a minimum of 138 spaces; 100 spaces have been designated for valet parking.
Floors three through 13 comprise guest rooms that measure anywhere from 294 square feet to 475 square feet. In addition to the pools, cabanas, and fire pit, there will be other amenities for guest use, including a fitness studio on the 13th floor and a rooftop deck on the top floor.
The hotel will be built on 0.92 acres of land. The hotel’s interior and exterior be built in the modernism architectural style. It was designed by Adache Group Architects. Keith & Associates with the civil engineer.
At the time of publication, there was no information regarding the cost of renting one room. However, Aloft Hotel is owned by the same organization that owns TownePlace Suites by Marriott Boynton Beach.
Because of the hotel’s close proximity to the Broward County Convention Center, the hotel is primarily intended to serve business travelers.
