Eleven55 NoMi is the working name of a new housing development located in North Miami. Per the South Florida Business Journal, the complex will be built on 4.1 acres of land and is intended to provide housing to “mixed-income” families.
The Omega Investors Group was granted $8 million by the North Miami Community Redevelopment Agency as part of an initiative to provide affordable housing to people living in Miami-Dade County. In total, the project is estimated to cost $86 million.
The development will comprise 384 units that will consist of 16 studio apartments, 189 one-bedroom apartments, 150 two-bedroom apartments, and 29 three-bedroom apartments. There is little information at this time as to how much rent per month will cost for these units.
For residents’ convenience, there will be a spa, pool, communal lounge, and electric vehicle charging stations. There will also be a “pet spa.”
In addition to residential areas, there will be 3,000 square feet allotted for commercial space. To accommodate guests and residents, there will be a parking lot that has 507 spots. At the time of publication, there was little information regarding what offices or businesses would occupy that commercial space.
Eleven55 NoMi’s physical address is 1155 N.E. 126th St, North Miami, FL, 33161.
