Shoma One is an upcoming $10 million residence located in Miami-Dade County, Florida. The residence will consist of two buildings. One building will be 17 stories above grade, while the other 18 stories above grade. In total, there will be anywhere from 359 to 391 units to choose from.
In total, there will be 575,414 square feet of new construction. Additionally, there will be an eight-story parking garage with nearly 500 spots. One of the complex’s most notable amenities include a swimming pool, bowling alley, bike shop, and snack station. It will also have rooftop lounges, a movie theater, and cafe.
The project is currently being managed by Shoma Group, which is situated in Coral Gables, FL. The organization has several residences and mix-used projects in the works. Construction has not yet begun on the project. The Construction Journal says that the developers have concluded the bidding process and are selecting partners.
Its physical address is 3650 Bird Road, Coral Gables, FL, 33133. It is currently a Deel Volvo, but that will soon change. It will also be located on 2.3 acres of land located near South Dixie Highway. There is no information as to when the project will be completed.
