Prime Corner Retail Development is the working name of a new plaza coming soon to Palm Beach County, FL. The mixed-use development will be located on 10.5 acres of land, and it will consist primarily of retailers.
Per the Florida Commercial Real Estate Advisors, the development will comprise over 58,000 square feet of space. The space is divided into eight units, some of which are connected to each other.
One of the developments is a 5,600-square foot Wawa with 43 parking spots. An existing cell phone tower will remain behind the convenience store. Wawa is seeing a surge in South Florida-based construction, reaching over 200 units statewide.
Other developments in the plaza include a grocery store comprising 20,000 square feet. Additionally, there will be combined 21,300 square feet of “retail/restaurant” space. The names of these retailers are unknown.
Of the 10.5 acres, 1.53 acres is set aside as a “dry retention pond.” There is no standing water in this pond, rather, it is there to mitigate flooding during the wet season. The project is estimated to cost between $5 million to $10 million. At the time of publication, Prime Corner Retail Development was in the “conceptual design, tenant negotiations” phase.
The development’s physical address is 701 N. Military Trail West Palm Beach, FL, 33407. Upon completion, it will be located in Palm Beach County.
