Brandon Preserve (sometimes referred to as “the Preserve at Brandon”) is a 230-unit residential development that began construction earlier this year. Ideally, the mid-rise buildings will complete construction in December 2021, per the Construction Journal. The venture, which costs an estimated $23.5 million, will rest “in the heart of Brandon,” according to the Fischbach Land Company.
The multi-family development will comprise buildings that measure anywhere from three to five stories above grade, resting on about 30 acres of land. So far, it is unknown how much rent or purchase will be.
The project has been in the works since April 2020 and was briefly delayed at the height of the Covid-19 pandemic. Now, construction is steadily underway, managed by the Vestcor Companies in Jacksonville, FL. Vestcor Companies primarily manages residential projects in the private sector.
Brandon Preserve is considered to be an “infill development.” This means that the complex will be built on previously undeveloped land. Although it will involve new construction on untouched land, Brandon Preserve is still in a residential area. It’s located east of I-75 and west of Brandon Regional Hospital.
The development’s physical address is 339 Pauls Drive, Brandon, FL, 33511, in Hillsborough County. The most recent data from the U.S. Census Bureau notes that Brandon, FL, had a population of over 103,000 people.
