Exterior work is nearing completion on the Amrit Ocean Resort & Residences, a residential and hotel development comprised of two towers rising 18 and 19 stories on Singer Island in Riviera Beach, Palm Beach County. Designed by S & E Architects and developed by WRS Development, LLC, the project is situated on 7.5 acres of oceanfront property and will yield 182 ultra-luxury residences, 155 resort units and 100,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities. The two towers top off at 200-feet and are addressed as 3100 North Ocean Drive.

Recent aerial images taken by Living Proof Photography reveal the current state of both structures. Construction work on the exterior appears to be wrapping up for the most part, whilst interior work is still underway. The glass panels encompassing the balconies are still wearing blue-max protective film, although some panels have had it peeled off. The concrete walls are painted in white smooth stucco, with the central core walls should eventually featured a light brown exterior. Ample landscaping has been planted in and around the development.

The construction hoist elevator remains attached to both the residential tower adjacent to North Ocean Drive, and the hotel tower beside the oceanfront for transporting interior construction materials and equipment.

One of the most striking exterior features is the series of interconnected angled concrete frames perched atop the roof, which gives the design a distinct character in comparison to the neighboring buildings. Another significant feature on the exterior is the way the rows of balconies subtly curve from one side to the other, giving a generally rectangular structure a bit more texture.

The two towers will go by the names Peace Tower (19 stories) and Happiness Tower (18 stories), and will offer condo units starting from $1.2 million to $2.6 million; penthouse units start from $2.6 million to $3.65 million. Residences range from 1,300 to 3,400 square feet and each has an average of 1,000 square feet of terraces-with-a-view. The 100,000-square-foot of amenities will be spread across 4 floors and consist of a fitness center and wellness facility featuring indoor and outdoor spaces, restaurants, a resort-styled pool and landscaped deck.

Sales and marking is being handed by Compass Development. Interior Designs are from Bilkey Llinas Design. Cadence is the landscape architect.

The developer expects to reach completion on the project some time closer towards the end of the year.
