MAA Robinson Apartments, which commenced construction in the first quarter of 2020, is nearing completion. The Orlando-area residence will rise 11 stories above grade and feature 383 residential units, per the Construction Journal. Mid-America Apartment Communities, Inc./MAA Communities owns the $60 million venture and is working alongside five other organizations, three of which are in Central Florida.

According to MAA Robinson Apartments’ website, four different types of apartments are available: studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom units. Studio apartments start at $1,563 a month, while three-bedrooms go for an undisclosed amount.
The ground level will comprise retail stores, restaurants, and other commercial ventures. The parking garage will also include over 600 parking spots, both for residents and visitors.
The luxury complex will be pet-friendly
This is not the organization’s only venture. MAA also has locations in Baldwin Park, Hunters Creek, and Lake Burton. All locations enjoy pools, fitness centers, high-speed internet, and communal areas.
The complex’s physical address is 310 North Orange Avenue, Orlando, FL, 32801 in Orange County. In terms of relative proximity, it will be located in Downtown Orlando on the border of Orlando’s Business District. MAA Robinson Apartments should be open within the next few months––the fourth quarter at the very latest. Interested parties can apply for residency online.
