Drivers Club Miami isn’t just a social club. It’s a three-mile racetrack. It’s a hotel. It’s a school. It’s also been delayed after being in the works since 2018. This isn’t the first time the project has been delayed; in 2020, the venture asked for a deadline extension amid the Covid-19 pandemic.
Per the Construction Journal, construction was supposed to begin back in March 2020. The project went back to the drawing room in May 2020, where the project was slated for completion in 2028. Now, we’re not sure whether a 2028 completion date is feasible.

If it is, however, Drivers Club Miami will have a 138,900 square foot automotive club, a low-rise 64,200 square foot hotel, and space to store over 200 vehicles. Additionally, the club’s headquarters will require 6,000 square feet of new construction.
It’s not all fun and games, though. The venture will also include a training facility where students can learn about automotive repair. In total, Drivers Club Miami will cost $100 million.

If and when the project reaches completion, the facility will be located at 20000 Northwest 47th Avenue, Miami Gardens, FL, in Miami-Dade County. It’s owned by 13 Pista LLC, which has three active projects right now.
