Construction began on Icon Office Building in June 2021. Per the Construction Journal, the project was delayed in 2013 and abandoned in 2016. However, the project was revitalized in 2020 and will hopefully commence operations in March 2022. The building is owned by Icon Office Building LLC/Firm Realty, and JJW Construction, Inc. is the project’s general contractor.
The four-story building will require 72,000 square feet of construction and rest on a .44-acre lot. Per the City of Hollywood, Icon Office Building is “a commercial building with retail bays and a financial institution on the ground floor.”

There’s conflicting information online about how much the operation costs. Per the City of Hollywood, the Icon Office Building is a $10 million investment. However, per the Construction Journal, the project will cost an estimated $6.5 million.
Located in the CRA Downtown District, Icon Office Building is listed as Class A office space. It’s physical address is 1895 Tyler Street, Hollywood, FL, 33004. It will be located in Broward County, which has a population of over 1.9 million people, per the 2019 U.S. Census.
