Orlando, FL, is one of the Sunshine State’s fastest growing cities. Per the 2019 U.S. Census, the town gained nearly 50,000 residents in a 10-year time span. To accommodate the growing city, Westport Capital Partners LLC is building Avalon Pointe Apartments.
In total, residents can select from one- to two-bedroom units. There’s about 300 units in total. Not much is known about the units’ square footage. However, Apartments.com suggests that they run about 500 square feet each.

Plans are also underway for a four-story parking garage. The site itself is 18 acres, and the apartments will be divided amongst 12 multi-story buildings. There’s very little information regarding the design style, but based on the surrounding area, we can expect low-rise garden-style apartments.
The Construction Journal reports that Avalon Pointe Apartments just exited the conception phase and is seeking permits for construction. Alliance Residential Company operates as the site’s general contractor. Located out of Boca Raton, FL, the organization presently oversees four active projects. Construction will hopefully conclude sometime in 2022.

At the time of publication, we did not know how much rent would be. However, this information could become available as the project advances construction. Avalon Pointe Apartments’ address is 14405 Hartzog Road, Winter Garden, FL, 34787. It will be located in the Four Corners area of Winter Park in Orange County.
