Seven on Seventh seeks to alleviate the housing crisis in South Florida. The mixed-use housing development will include “72 residential units, ranging from studios to two-bedroom apartments,” per the Broward Partnership. The units are geared toward low-income and homeless families.
Residents can enjoy a fitness center, high-tech library, and educational facilities. Per the Construction Journal, the project will cost $26 million, secured by a grant supported by multiple organizations, including the Jim Moran Foundation, Broward County, and the Green Mills Group.
Seven on Seventh will be an eight-story residential building
Plans are in the works for an eight-story building and will require over 155,000 square feet of new construction. Construction began on the venture in August 2021 and will conclude in the fourth quarter of 2022. The project was in the conception stage in 2019.
Seven on Seventh is owned by the Green Mills Group, which is based out of Fort Lauderdale. The organization has eight active projects mostly in the private residential sector. Its partnered with three other organizations on the endeavor, including JWR Construction Services, Forum Architecture & Interior Design, Inc., and KEITH (Corporate Office).

Seven on Seventh will be located at 900 Northwest 7th Avenue, Fort Lauderdale, FL, 33311. It will be located in Broward County, which, according to the Broward Partnership, has 347,490 low-income households.
