The Gatherings at Lake Nona is a 55+ community coming soon to Orlando, FL. Construction began on the endeavor in the first quarter of 2017. The community will reach full completion in the third quarter of 2022.
In total, the community will comprise over 195,000 square feet of new construction. Prospective residents can choose from four different floor plans, aptly named Aspen, Bradford, Chestnut, and Dogwood. In total, there’s 216 units. The build site measures 21 acres.

The Gatherings at Lake Nona is owned by Beazer Homes. Per the organization’s website, available units start at $347,990, although this may be subject to change in the future. Units run anywhere from around 1,300 to 1,800 square feet each.
The Construction Journal reports that the enterprise comprises onsite cabanas and a one-story 4,400-square-foot clubhouse. Internet and cable come free with each unit, and some units come with private garages.

Involved parties on the venture include Tavistock Development, GAI Consultants, Donald W MacIntosh Associates, Inc., and AECOM. All organizations are located in Central Florida.
