Revella at Ormond Beach is an assisted living facility that presently in its permitting stage, the Construction Journal reports. The three-story assisted living facility will provide 150 units on 5.54 acres of land. GrowthSpotter notes that its previous owner sold the land earlier in 2021.
This project’s still in its infancy, but there’s a lot to be excited about. Firstly, the facility will comprise over 55,000 square feet of new construction, with JP Wiseman Construction Services, LLC serving as the general contractor. The organization, based out of Nokomis, FL, has 14 active projects in Bradenton, Sarasota, and Tampa.

Secondly, the assisted living facility seeks to accommodate Florida’s ever-growing senior population. Seniorliving.org predicts that by 2030, seniors will make up more than 50 percent of the Sunshine State’s population. Revella at Ormond Beach is just one of the many assisted living facilities underway.
Baker Barrios Architects, Inc. is the project’s architect, with over 100 active projects. The organization has previously designed Amazon Distribution Centers and Amazon delivery stations, per the Construction Journal’s analysis.

Revella at Ormond Beach is estimated to cost anywhere from $5 million to $5.5 million to construct. It’s located at 1211 West Granada Boulevard, Ormond Beach, FL, 32174, in Volusia County.
