The Primrose is a new residential venture coming to Santa Rosa, FL. The 288-unit luxury complex began construction earlier this year and will conclude in 2022. It’s owned by Crest Residential, which has four active projects in the private residential sector, according to the Construction Journal.
Per Northwest Florida Daily News, The Primrose offers 12 different floor plans, with the smallest hovering around 590 square feet and the largest 1,909 square feet. Units include one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom layouts. Options include carriage houses, apartments, and townhomes.
Amenities include two resort-style saltwater swimming pools, a dog park, a car washing station, a 24-hour fitness center, and kayak rentals. The parking lot also features charging stations for electric vehicles (EVs).
One of the most interesting parts of The Primrose is its sheer size. It rests on 37 acres north of a state forest. In a press release, Matt Benak, the president of Crest Residential, said: “Because of the location and sheer size of the property, residents can feel like they’re living on a tranquil, scenic nature preserve removed from the city while still being a very short distance away from the area’s top beaches, attractions and employment centers.”
The Primrose’s address is 15 Blue Cove, Santa Rosa Beach, FL, 32459, in Walton County. It’s just one mile from the Choctawhatchee Bay.
