A new residential development is coming to Sunny Isles Beach, FL. Bentley Residences is a high-rise building that measures more than 60 stories above grade and rises 749 feet high. It will comprise over 200 luxury units.
The Construction Journal reports that construction will begin in 2023 and end in 2026. Right now, the venture’s presently seeking bids by invitation, with nine organizations hoping to be considered. True to the name, Bentley Residences is owned by Bentley Motors––USA. This is the organization’s first branded residential complex in the country.

Dezer Development is the project’s developer. It’s based locally in Sunny Isles. President Gil Dezer shared: “Partnering with Bentley Motors, a global luxury brand, and being able to create another first in the Miami marketplace is an extraordinary opportunity. We’ve been instrumental in changing the face and value of the South Florida real estate industry through the introduction of brand partnerships.”
Units come outfitted with wall-to-floor windows, balconies, and outdoor showers. Due to the building’s unique, cylindrical design, many units feature ocean and bayside views. Communal amenities include a whiskey bar, gym, pool, spa, movie theater, restaurant, lounge, and garden.
