Ocean Delray is a luxury housing complex coming to Palm Beach County, FL. The development comprises 19 “boutique residences” divided among five low-rise buildings. The buildings are named after famous artists: Kapoor, Hirst, Pollock, Stella, and Koons. Stella is the smallest building, measuring about 4,900 square feet. Hirst and Kapoor are the largest buildings, each measuring 6,054 square feet. Each building comes with a plunge pool.
The high-end complex includes over 24,000 square feet of new construction, with Kast Construction Company LLC serving as the general contractor. Construction began on the endeavor in the first quarter of 2021 and will open sometime in 2022. There are online videos featuring various stages of the building process.

The biggest draw is the 200-foot private beach just a short walk away. On-site amenities include private garages and lobbies, floor-to-ceiling impact windows, and hardwood floors. Randall Stoff Architects designed the venture.
Per the Construction Journal, National Realty Investment Advisors––NRIA owns the project. The Secaucus-based organization has six active projects, with three in South Florida and three in New Jersey. Most of its projects are in the private residential sector, costing an estimated $62.7 million total.
