Capital Grand is a new housing complex coming soon to Leon County, FL. Construction began in the first quarter of 2021, with Trimcor Construction of Florida, LLC serving as the general contractor. Urban Catalyst Consultants, Inc. serves as the project’s owner and civil engineer. Realtor.com reports that construction will finish sometime next year.
The community features over 250 units, ranging from one-bedroom to three-bedroom layout plans. The smallest units measure about 1,200 square feet, and the largest measure around 1,850 square feet. Forrent.com reports that available units start at around $1,380 a month, although this may be subject to change. The complex itself rests on 18 acres.

Apartment amenities include carpet floors and vinyl floors, granite countertops, walk-in closets, and washers and dryers. The community also allows pets, granted they meet certain requirements. Community amenities include a clubhouse, fitness center, and swimming pool.
Tallahassee isn’t just Florida’s capitol; it’s also home to many colleges and universities. Capital Grand is within 10 miles of Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University, Florida State University, and Tallahassee Community College. It’s also 21 minutes away from Tallahassee International Airport.
