Construction is undergoing on Gables at Town Center, according to the Palm Coast Observer. The owner and builder, Paytas Homes, hopes to deliver 208 single-family homes, ranging from about 1,600 to 2,900 square feet each. The community accounts for 125 acres of land.
Homes range from three-bedroom to four-bedroom layout plans. The smallest available unit (called “Westbridge”) measures 1,685 square feet. The largest available unit (called “Stafford”) measures 2,900 square feet. The homes are located on 50-foot-wide lots. The community will have three entrances, one on Lake Avenue and two in undisclosed locations.
Upon completion, many of the homes are “move-in ready.” The community itself is not gated. This is one of Paytas Homes’ biggest developments, as it usually builds communities ranging from 100 to 150 homes.
According to Paytas Homes, the houses come with “raised entry features, front porches, and courtyard garages.” The Palm Coast City Council approved the project in October 2021, although the project’s been in the works since 2004. City Councilman Eddie Branquinho noted that he was concerned about the new neighborhood overwhelming the area with traffic. Developers are working on ways to eliminate that issue.
Gables at Town Center is located south of Royal Palms Parkway and west of Lake Avenue. It’s in Palm Coast, FL, 32137, in Flagler County.
