Construction is now underway at E11EVEN Hotel & Residences, a 65-story mixed-use building set to rise at 20 Northeast 11th Street in Downtown Miami’s Park West District. Designed by Sieger Suarez Architects and developed between New York City and Miami-based Property Markets Group and E11EVEN Partners, the edifice is expected to rise 699-feet elevated 10-feet above sea level and yield 375 fully-furnished residences with interiors by AvroKO. The development team, sales team and city officials gathered at the official groundbreaking ceremony for the project on the evening of October 11, 2021, featuring performances by CeeLo Green and a fire dancer.

Additional renderings of the recently announced 65-story E11EVEN Residences Beyond at 90 northeast 11th Street have been released to the public as well, revealing new perspectives of both phases planned for the block as well as some interiors. The first image below depicts a look up view of both structures from Northeast 11th Street and Northeast 1st Avenue, and in much finer detail now. The Beyond tower (phase 2) features vertical rows of glass balconies protruding from the eastern, western and northern elevations, where as phase 1 will only contain a few balconies on the upper levels of the northern elevation. Both towers will have edge-to-edge stacked glass balconies along the southern elevations.

The sky bridge connecting both structures via their podiums will be built above and behind Club Space, featuring angled steel columns with a unique lighting scheme.

Demolition permits were filed on November 1, 2021 for the existing buildings at 60 and 90 Northeast 11th Street, and await approvals. The BG Group is listed as the contractor at the cost of $75,000. Ground breaking for Phase 2 is expected in mid-2022.
With construction now underway, E11EVEN Hotel & Residences is expected to reach completion some time in 2023. YIMBY predicts the structure may begin to go vertical in Q1 of 2022. E11EVEN Residences Beyond is expected to break ground in 2022.
